What to do in HR – MayMay19

  • Take steps to ensure the workforce is inclusive of men and women. Gender pay gap reporting is now into its second year and is just one step in prohibiting bias on the basis of gender. Ensure opportunities for training, development and balancing work with personal responsibilities are available to both men and women.
